it cost?
The cost of a
Heritage Certificate for your car is £30.00.
This includes
VAT and postage, you can .
We cannot provide this service online as physical
proof of ownership or existence of the vehicle
is required – e.g. a photocopy of the
Registration document or similar. You can
however download the Application Form here
as a PDF
or Microsoft
Word document.
Please complete the application form and send
together with your remittance and proof of
ownership to: Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust,
Archive Department, Jaguar Cars Limited, Browns
Lane, Coventry CV5 9DR The information contained
on a JDHT Certificate is taken from the original
Car Records kept in the JDHT archive, relating
to a particular chassis number. All the relevant
information from the original records has
been included on the certificate.
We carry out the research from a chassis number
and/or other number(s) or other information,
which have been quoted to us by a client.
We cannot accept liability in cases where
clients have quoted incorrect numbers, even
if this leads to the wrong car being researched.
That is why we ask you to supply all the original
numbers from the car, including engine number,
body number and gearbox number. You should
also quote the UK registration mark (where
applicable) and date of first registration.
Please describe the car accurately - make,
model and type of body.
